Most deliveries will require a signature upon receipt. If you are unable to provide this, we can arrange for your order to be delivered to a neighbour/alternative address or the item can be left in a safe place (if this option is chosen no signature will be required but we can take no responsible for your parcel). Please advise us when placing your order if any of these are required. Once an order has been dispatched any change of delivery address will incur a charge.

All courier deliverys are Monday - Friday between 9am - 5pm. We do not provide time slots for deliveries or a Saturday delivery service. If you miss a delivery, the courier will leave a card giving details on how you can re-arrange another delivery. 3 Attempts will be made to deliver an order. On the 3rd delivery failure the item will be returned to us and will incur an additional charge which will be passed on to the customer. Once returned, if the order is still required we can arrange another delivery but this will incur a delivery charge.

When receiving your order, please inspect the packaging for damage and report this to the carrier. If the carton shows damage you must ensure that the delivery documents are signed according.

The carrier is not responsible for the unpacking or setting up of the product.

Other Deliveries
If your order has been dispatched by Royal Mail, please allow 15 working days from your dispatch date for this to arrive. Royal Mail advise that an item is not redeemed lost until 15 working days after posting. After this time scale has passed, please contact us and we be able to investigate with Royal Mail further.

If your order is being delivered by one of our own dedicated delivery teams, please ensure that you provide a correct day time telephone number so that your order can be conveniently arranged for a date suitable to you. An incorrect telephone number provided may result in your delivery being delayed. If we are unable to get in contact with you, we will not deliver your purchase without confirming a convenient delivery date.

Returns and Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order please contact us as soon as possible so your order does not get dispatched. If you wish to cancel once your order has been dispatched then delivery charges will be incurred.

Once you receive your order and you change your mind and wish to return your items then please contact us within 7 working days of receipt to advise us. We can then arrange collection of your items. The minimum cost for collections is £50.00 and will then be deducted from your refund. You are of course, free to arrange your own return but please be aware that you will be responsible for the safe return of the items. All returned items need to be in their original packaging and in a re-sellable condition. Once the items have been received back to us and checked then a refund will be issued. Please allow up to 14 days of receipt of your returned items for you refund to be processed. Refunds will be for price paid less shipping charges and 15% restocking fee (or maximum restocking fee of £5.00).

Fautly or Damaged items

Please ensure that you check your item at the point of delivery. If damaged, please sign the delivery note ‘Damaged’ and refuse the delivery. Failure to check your item and sign the delivery note accordingly, will invalidate any claim.

If the unfortunate event your order is faulty, please inform us as soon as possible, including photos of the fault and confirm how you would like us to resolve the issue i.e. refund or replacement (Please note that images are required for our dispatch department before any action can take place). We will then be able to arrange for a courier to collect your faulty item. Or, if the item is small this may need to be sent back by Roya Mail. Please keep and send us a copy of your proof of posting receipt and we will refund this cost.

If a replacement is needed, we can arrange for the courier to collect and replace (between 9am -5pm) on a convenient day to you. We regret that collections and deliveries are separate services and may not take place at the same time. We also cannot advise time slots.

Please ensure that faulty items are securely wrapped in their original packaging. The courier will not collect an item that does not have sufficient packaging.

If you notice any damage to the outer packaging on receipt of your order please sign for it as 'damaged'. Failure to do this may affect your claim.
